SURVEY COORDINATION
Rocket Title coordinates all surveys, unless otherwise planned by the client or their agent. Surveys are an intricate step in determining the clear title of a property, as well as clearing any possible encroachment and easement concerns, and enforces and supports the buyer’s title policy. We will arrange for a qualified surveyor to conduct a comprehensive survey on the property, if a client elects to have one completed before closing.
